Malware removal is included in the Standard and Premium plans. I’ll clean your site, identify how it was compromised and close the vulnerability — typically within 24 hours.
The Standard plan includes 1 hour of content edits per month — enough for text changes, image swaps and minor tweaks. Premium includes 2 hours. Additional time is charged at £30/hour.
Absolutely. Your domain and website are always yours. If you ever want to move to a different host or take over management yourself, I’ll help you do that with no quibbles.
Additional development work or content edits beyond your monthly allowance are billed at a transparent hourly rate of £30/hour, agreed upfront before any work begins.
