Case study
Swan Lake Country Park

The brief
Project objectives
- Sell the setting before the specification
- Give each lodge type a page of its own so buyers can compare
- Turn browsing into ownership enquiries
- Keep improving the site after launch rather than leaving it alone
What we did
Swan Lake is a luxury lodge ownership and holiday park in Lincolnshire. The product is the place — the water, the setting, the lodges themselves — so the website had to do what a brochure used to do, and then take the enquiry.
We built out the full site: an about page, the ownership story, a gallery, contact, and a page for each of the three lodge types so a buyer can compare them properly rather than squinting at one shared spec sheet. The palette is a deep green and gold against a warm white, with Libre Baskerville for headings and Open Sans for body — considered rather than shouty, because lodge ownership is a large, slow decision.
Since launch the work has continued as an audit-and-improve cycle: internal linking, image handling, structured data and page speed, all reviewed against the live site rather than assumed.
Fancy being our next one?
Tell us what you do and what the current site is not doing for you. We will come back with what we would build and roughly what it would cost.
